What the app sends, and what it never sends
Hangar never sends the files you work on, or their names, anywhere. It makes only these connections:
- Optional model downloads: tools such as Transcribe and Remove background fetch their model once, the first time you use them.
- Update checks: the app can look for a newer version.
- Optional anonymous usage analytics: which tools are used, never your files or their names.
