My computer will not let me open Hangar. What do I do?

On macOS, right-click Hangar in Applications, choose Open, then confirm once. On Windows, open the security prompt’s More info section and choose Run anyway. Only proceed with an installer downloaded from hangar.tools. If it still refuses, send a bug report with your macOS or Windows version and we will sort it out.

I found a bug. What should I include?

Pick Bug report above and tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. The app version (Hangar → About) and your macOS or Windows version help most. A file that reproduces it is gold, but only send what you are comfortable sharing.

How do I move my license to a new computer?

Each Mac or Windows PC running Hangar uses one activation from your plan (Solo 1, Crew 3, Fleet 10). Every plan ships with spare headroom for swaps. If you ever run out because you retired a machine, email us and we reset it for you.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If Hangar is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your purchase and we refund you. No forms to fill, no reason required.

Do you help people who are still on the free trial?

Of course. Trial or paid, the same person answers. If something is stopping you from trying the app properly, that is exactly what we want to hear about.

Where is my license key?

Your key is in the license email sent after checkout. Cannot find it? Send a request with the email you bought with and we will resend it.
