Generate mesh, silk, wave and classic gradient backgrounds in your own colors, at the exact size you need. Every one is made fresh, not pulled from a stock library everyone else uses. It all happens on your computer.

How it works
1 Start from
Mesh, silk, waves, blobs, or a linear, radial or conic gradient. The gallery has starting looks too.
2 Set it
Build from your brand palette, set the width and height, then pan, zoom and rotate to frame it.
3 Export
Add grain, a vignette, blur or contrast, then save a PNG. The same settings always give the same image.
New to Hangar? How to run a tool, step by step
Choose a style
Styles change the shape of the color, not the palette. Try the same brand colors as mesh, silk or a straight gradient and keep the one that fits the design.
Soft color pools that blend into each other.
Best for hero images and slide backgrounds.
Flowing folds, like light on fabric.
Best for launch graphics and wallpapers.
A clean fade from one color to the next.
Best for social cards and quiet backdrops.
Every setting, explained in the Gradients guide Presets and color field · Colors · Size · Finishing · Motion
Who uses it
Skip the stock search and generate a backdrop in the client’s exact colors at the size the layout needs.
Use one palette for the slide, the social card and the banner so the whole launch matches.
Hangar for marketers and content teamsMake a calm, branded background for a deck in a few minutes, at the slide’s exact size.
One app, one payment
The same app makes mockups, carousels, QR codes and backgrounds, and handles your PDFs, images, video and audio too. One payment covers every tool.
A typical routine
Pull your colors from the logo, generate a backdrop in them, then set it behind your device mockup.
The alternative
Free gradient sites are great for a quick two-color fade. When you want a rich, on-brand background at a real size, here is how they compare.
