Questions

Is Hangar really a one-time purchase?

Yes. You pay once and the app is yours, with fixes and improvements for the version you bought included. If a major new version ever ships as a separate product, buying it will be your choice; the version you own keeps working either way. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

What counts as a device, and can I move my license?

A device is one Mac or Windows PC running Hangar. Your key activates up to the number in your plan, plus a little spare headroom for swapping machines. Retiring a computer or running out of slots? Email us and we will reset your activations.

How does the free trial work?

Download the app and use the complete toolset for 3 days. No account and no card, so there is nothing to cancel; if you do nothing, it simply ends.

What is the refund policy?

If Hangar is not for you, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you. We may ask why so we can improve, but the refund does not depend on your answer.

Who handles the payment?

Checkout is processed by Polar. Your card details go to the payment processor, not to us, and the app itself never asks for an account.

Will the launch price go up?

These are launch prices for a limited time; the regular prices are shown struck through. Whatever you pay, the purchase is one-time and stays yours.

Can my team share one plan?

Yes, that is what Crew and Fleet are for: one purchase covering 3 or 10 machines. The device limit is the only limit; there are no per-seat fees.
