Does hangar able to edit pdf
Is hangar able to edit pdf by selecting a rectangular area. Then we can eyedrop similar colour, then we can fill up the rectangular area with eyedropper colour?

Hangar’s PDF Studio will let you draw a rectangle and fill it with a custom color. I add the ability to pick a color directly from the PDF with an eyedropper. The rectangle would visually cover the area, rather than erase the underlying content.
Make sure you get the latest version of Hangar for PDF Studio. You need v0.9.0 to get the new pdf features.
